WORK POLICY

 We believe in creating an environment where everyone can reach their full potential.

 

  • We are licensed and insured.

  • Our mission is to provide the best service. If you are unsatisfied with the service or something was missed, we commit to doing a complimentary cleaning within 24 hours.

​

  • We strive to be on time for all appointments; on minor occasions due to traffic,

      cancellations, lockouts, and other conditions, please allow the cleaning team a 30
      min window to get to your house.

​

  • Please be ready to receive our team; if for any reason our team can’t enter the

      property and provide the agreed service, you will be charged 50% of the total
      service.

​

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please send us a notification with

       a window of 24 hours before the service is scheduled; failing to do so will result
       in charge of 50% of the total service.

​

  • We are pet friendly but appreciate that you are sure to secure your pets in a safe

       place when the service is being provided.

​

  • Rates can increase upon as needed or if the conditions of your home change.

​

  • If the client stops the service, the same charge is not guaranteed, and the new

       rate may begin.

​

  • We don’t work per hour, and the estimated number of hours can vary upon

       the number of coworkers and other conditions.

  • Please prepare your house for cleaning and leave the house organized so we can effectively clean all your home; if we spend time picking and organizing, we will not be able to provide the cleaning you expect.

​

  • Please notify us in any case of bug infestation before the service is provided.

 Safety policy

​

  •  We recognize the value of our employees as a matter of safety for our team. We

        don’t clean any area that has vomit, blood, urine, or feces (humans/pets)

​

  •  The cleaning team is not responsible for cleaning any cat litter at the property.

​

  •  We encourage our customers to turn on the air conditioner when the team is providing the service and set up the temperature between 65-75 degrees to keep the safety and health of the team.

​

  •  We are not able to move the heavy furniture, flip the mattress or clean the higher areas.

​
